These men you speak about who wrote the diffrent letters which in the 3rd 4th century became what we have today as the bible where all apart of one universal church one holy universal apostolic church that Christ himself said would be guarded by the holy spirit from that point until the end of time and the devil will never conquer it. Before we had the bible we had the church which is Gods kingdom on earth. These men practiced the rituals of the church since its inception. But YOU come along 2000 years after and think, wow we finally got it right. Just admit you belive the Holy Spirit (God) failed at promising to protect his universal church and move on

How may we speak to you if you would not listen? It is outright sinful to preach for people not to go to the Catholic Church. How the Lord has blessed you with this gift to be born in a time where we have such access to the Word of God and all you deem this worthy for is to claim the fall, conflict and disunity of sin over the hope of redemption in Jesus' passion, death and resurrection. I beg that you recognise our total need for Christ, not the Bible, we need to become like him to share in his humanity so that we may share in his divinity. Through him, with him and in him, we become one as Jesus and the Father are one. It is because you are comfortable with the lukewarm world where we can be separated from our brothers and sisters and you don't feel the burden of Christ on the Cross in your heart that we display the opposite of what Christ desired for us, may you repent and let Mother Church, the Catholic Church nourish you and provide you the grace to become one with Christ.

This talk is inaccurate and misleading. I think the speaker has a moral obligation to find and speak the truth and not mislead people.

This man does not have ONLY the Bible. He has himself in the mix. Why do so many people who have ONLY the Bible disagree with each other on everything that is IN Scripture.

Video started poorly, but this prompted me to respond: @6:42 Speaker cites Acts where saint Paul tells us that he kept back nothing, but preaches all publicly. _For I have not spared to declare on to you _*_all_*_ the council of God._ Saint Paul was preaching most of the time. 2000 years ago most people were illiterate, so naturally apostles, including saint Paul spent most of their time preaching- orally speaking to people. Some of it was written down, thank God, but most of it was orally shared. Rejecting the Church apostles established means that you necessarily abbreviate and truncate what you receive. Worse still, you gloss over the very real warning of the Catholic church at the start of the video without showing any sings of understanding the danger they are warning you to: @4:26 RC _denies authority of scripture for two reasons. It is both inadequate and that you cannot understand it._ I was not aware of this, but they are spot on! Good on you my sister church. Eastern Orthodox here. Just think about it. How are they wrong? For my final piece of evidence, I’ll show you the peak absurdity of Protestantism- Calvinism. They mangle the interpretation of the Bible so bad, that they make God the author of sin and evil. They see no glaring logical contradiction that God cannot be good _and_ the author of sin and evil at the same time. This is why I call them Muslims of Christianity. It is internally logically incoherent, but they don’t care. All protestants do this to some extent, as their new interpretation of Christianity is so new, not enough smart people dove into all the various logical contradictions their position takes them. I lack mercy, please forgive me. I am doing what the speaker also said- I hope someone points out logical inconsistencies and holes in my own logic. I believe that only truth can set us free. I noticed 2 Thessalonians 2:15 wasn't mentioned: "Hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter." This verse suggests that Paul valued oral tradition alongside scripture, and addressing it might add depth to your argument.

We do not deny the Authority of Scripture. The Catholic Church and especially its Sacraments are Biblical, the arguments you make dont make sense. The Catholic Church does not teach, that Common Persons cant understand the Bible, which is taught in CCC 133, 101, 102 debunk what we believe in Scripture and Oral Traditions are also in the Bible. See for example 2 Thessalonians 2:15.

If Timothy had access to writing sufficient for his salvation at the time of his childhood, the book you're reading is completely unnecessary for salvation.

9:50 "these are written so that you may come to believe..and that through believing you may have life in his name." He doesn't say he wrote everything you will need, he said these things have been written down so that you might believe and have life. This does exclude the existence of other important things.

"The Roman Catholic Church denies the authority of scripture." That's not correct. The Catholic Church professes the authority of Scripture. "They claim that if you only use the bible, you do not have the fullness of God's word." That's true. Regarding St. Paul. Declaring all of the information needed for salvation is not the same as writing it all down in these letters. I think it's reasonable to assert that St. Paul gave teachings and sermons that he did not write down directly in his letters.

Why are Protestants so aggressive towards the Catholic Church? Do they feel threatened or is it inferiority? Certainly not Christian!

All love, but you’ve completely butchered the Catholic position and have twisted scripture to argue against a position that isn’t held. You made many claims about the church and how they’re wrong but gave no examples of how they’re wrong. If I’m wrong in the last statement forgive me because I only made it to 22:40 before this became nauseating for me. Geoff was a amazing person. I was lucky enough to know him and he moved me . I have had my short comings but i believe with Guy and Geoff i learned about God and i am very thankful for them because through them i was saved. I miss Geoff and Guy because they were true friends in a way i cannot descibe. They touched people's lives consistently with God's word and are true servants to the Lord. I hope to see them again in heaven.

Now we move on to him stating that evolutionists "admit" that their position is flawed. Without naming them or providing any referrences we can look up and verify. I stopped at, "therefore". The gospel of Luke starts with a dedication in which the author asks "You must be wondering why I am bothering to write another gospel when others have done so before me. Well, it's so you might have an ACCURATE account of the life of Jesus!" He is mocking Mark and Mathew and the other gospels that never made it into the bible for being inaccurate. I.e. false not true. Insisting that the bible is literally true is like a Zen koan. No matter which way you look at it it defies understanding. If literal truth, then Luke is correct when he says it isn't true.

"We're just gonna hurry on through this." That's the euphemism for skipping straight over the science and just unilaterally declaring that evolution is wrong. You can do that when you are religious. You just take all that inconvenient data and toss it in the bin and move on to professing your faith. All while explaining how we came to possess logic and reason!
